They have the same color, the two have the ability to poison Mario. It's like they only rename the enemy like Forest Fuzzy and Green Fuzzy. So, why not?

- Mario (talk) I say that one is supposed to be undead (since they appear from coffins, while the other is living), so the categorization is easier if we let the two article separate.
