"Albatoross"[edit]
Does anyone else think that this could be derived from a direct transliteration of the Japanese term for the albatross score (アルバトロス arubatorosu), and if so, is it noteworthy enough for the trivia entry? PaperSplash (talk) 17:52, July 25, 2022 (EDT)
- I'm still leaning to misspelling, but I'm not entirely discarding the notion that it could be a transliteration. I don't know how transliteration works though, maybe someone more well-versed in transliteration can say if it's a typo or not.

- I'm no expert either, but I Google searched "albatoross" and found a lot of Japanese results which imply that yes, "albatoross" is transliteration mumbo jumbo.
