Real-World Basis and Properly Sourcing/Linking to it[edit]

The Jet Bubble appears to be based on the obscure 1930s art deco Streamline Henderson Special designed by Orley Ray Courtney. Most obviously in the bubble-like shape, the shape of the windshield, the single headlight, and the "bulbs" on both sides of the wheels. I always thought the Jet Bubble was just a sci-fi design dreamed up by one of the game's artists, so finding all this was quite the surprise. I think this should be mentioned in the article, similar to all the other karts and bikes based on actual vehicles.

However, I’m having trouble finding a source that covers all the necessary details, and the Wikipedia article on the matter is lacking. The firstartmuseum.org link below is probably the best source, but links to subjects outside of the Mario Wiki’s purview are generally links to Wikipedia. As someone who only recently created an account here, I’m unsure of the best way to handle this. Here are some links I’ve gathered while looking into this.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henderson_Motorcycle Doesn’t mention or show any images of the specific model in question.

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Orley_Ray_Courtney,_Henderson_Motorcycle_1930_%3F_(49642056987).jpg Wikimedia only has this single image, and it's only of the back of the bike. The source listed for the image is almost certainly not the original, as it lacks the front view of the bike. I wasn’t able to find where the original images were posted.

Hope this helps! Thanks. Bubbaa (talk)

Does the Jet Bubble actually have a kart counterpart for its size class?[edit]

I saw an IP Address user add in that the kart counterpart for the Jet Bubble is the Blue Falcon, but I see no evidence of this being true. Should the edit be removed/reverted or kept as is? I'm assuming that this is speculative information at best and false information at worst.Mari0fan100 (talk) 02:35, September 5, 2023 (EDT)
