Tattle	Besides using offensive magic, it can also use magic to boost Attack and Defense. When it's alone, this wizard will use magic to multiply. The fact that you can't tell which is the real one after it multiplies is super-annoying. I have to say, though, that shade of red is definitely NOT its color. Copy's Tattle: That's a Red Magikoopa Copy. There's no point in attacking it, since you can't hurt it. The real thing has a Max HP of 7, an Attack of 4, and a Defense of 0. Once you beat the real one, the copies will all vanish. So, uh, find that real one!

A Red Magikoopa is one of the members of the Koopa Troop, abbreviated as R Magikoopa in Paper Mario. This kind of Magikoopa uses attack-increasing spells and can create clones. In battle, Mario has to Guard against his Magic Blast one second after contact to dodge correctly. Sometimes Red magikoopas will ride brooms, but this doesn't affect their stats in any way, except hammer attacks will miss.

In Mario Superstar Baseball, one of Magikoopa's alternate costumes has him wearing red robes, making him resemble a Red Magikoopa. This returns in Mario Super Sluggers.

They appear in Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door, as an enemy in the Glitz Pit.

• In Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, a Magikoopa, after being brainwashed by Smithy, dons red robes. After he is defeated in combat by Mario and his allies, the Magikoopa's red robes turn back to blue.
