The Machine Mades are (as their name implies) machine-made, mass-produced weapons prepared by Smithy for his takeover of Mushroom Kingdom during Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are gray palette-swaps of earlier enemies and bosses.
The Machine Mades are: Axem Black, Axem Green, Axem Pink, Axem Red, Axem Yellow, Shyster Bodyguard, Bowyer, Mack, Yaridovich, and either a Jabit or Drill Bit copy.

Trivia
- The "Machine Made" Axem Yellow's Psychopath thought is "I'm STARVED!" Dodo has the same thought as him.
- The "Machine Made" Axem Black is identical in appearance to the original. This is due to the Machine Mades being monochrome, and Axem Black was already black and white to begin with.
- Unlike normal boss fights, Mario and his party can run away from a Machine Made boss.
- The "Machine Made" Yaridovich's Psychopath thought is identical to the original Yaridovich's.
- The Jabit or Drill Bit-like Machine Made is the only that wasn't fought before. Jabit is later fought as one of the final opponents, but Drill Bit is never fought in the final game. It's unknown which of these enemies this particular Machine Made is supposed to reflect.
- The fact that the Machine Mades are weaker versions of previous bosses may reference the belief that mass-produced goods are often of a lower quality than the originals.
- The "Machine Made" Bowyer is the only Machine Made boss to have more HP than the original, making it the longest-lasting battle against a Machine Made boss.
