Goombaria
- Not to be confused with Goombella.
Goombaria is Goombario's younger sister from the game Paper Mario. She discovers an unconscious Mario after his initial defeat at the hands of Bowser (and his Star Rod). After telling her family, Mario is brought to a Toad House to recover. Goombaria had also lost her dolly. If Mario returns it to her, she will give him a Star Piece and a kiss. The doll, however, will stay in his inventory.
In a similar manner to how Goombario's name is a portmanteau of Goomba and Mario, Goombaria's name would appear to be a combination of Goomba and the name Maria. It may also, however, simply be a more feminine-sounding variation of Goombario's name. Additionally, her Japanese name is Kuriko, which combines the Goombas' Japanese name (Kuribo) with ko, a Japanese name ending meaning child, which is often used for female names.

- Goombaria's name appears in the coding of Mario's partners, making it possible she was going to help Mario on his adventure. Her icon, like all unused partners icons, was the same as Kooper's.
