Variants

Geckos are green reptiles found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. Geckos appear at Star Hill, and are capable of causing status ailments with their Sleep Sauce and Venom Drool attacks. They usually appear in groups with Sackits and Throphers, but are quite weak and cannot use any offensive special attacks. Compared to their Geckit relatives, which appear later in the game, Geckos have more spells and are not permanently confused, but they have slightly lower stats. They are also a bit cowardly, sometimes running from battle with their Fun & Run special attack.
