The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors. If an official name is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.
A Furry Creature is an unnamed purple animal found in the Secret Mine in Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon.
Found only in the Chalet, these animals are unusual in that they are not enemies in the traditional sense, and do not attempt to damage Luigi on contact or via attacks. Instead, they chase Luigi around and get in the way of the Poltergust 5000. If Luigi picks one up using it, he can shoot it around the room and stun the animal for a short time.
There are also Gold Furry Creatures that drop gold bars and bills when thrown. These turn into the normal purple versions after being thrown around three times.
