Domino is a magic-wielding jester and a member of the Smithy Gang. In battle, he fights alongside his partner Cloaker. Domino lives in Smithy's Factory with his enormous pet snake, the Mad Adder.
During the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, the villainous duo of Cloaker and Domino challenged Mario's party to a battle. Together, Domino and Cloaker proved to be powerful foes. The key to their strength was, in fact, their togetherness. Domino was a powerful magic user, but he could not do much damage physically. On the other hand, his partner Cloaker was physically strong, but he could not use or block magic attacks. As such, the two villains offset each other's weaknesses. Thus Mario and his allies defeated one jester first. Without his partner, the other villain would recognize his own weaknesses and retreat. If Mario defeated Cloaker first, Domino would run away to his pet snake, the Mad Adder. The two beings would fuse together in an attempt to defeat Mario. Eventually, even this combined power was not enough to defeat the heroic plumber and both Domino and the Mad Adder were defeated.
