First of all, what resource did you find proof about them being italian? Second, which sysop did you ask? Third, when you do edit summaries, do not lie, because people can find out easily if you are. Typing in "Italian" is definitely not fixing a typo. Fourth, when you leave messages on talk pages, make sure you sign them by putting ~~~~ at the end. And yes, the sysop should probably decide whether the italian should be there or not.

- I'm sorry if you misunderstood, but I am not a sysop. Also, just because you and a few other people in the world think he's Italian, does not mean he is Italian. What you're putting on articles are opinions. Not facts. If you can cite a reliable resource stating that Wario is indeed Italian, then that's when it becomes a fact. At the limit, I ciould accept something among the line of "Mario has an italian accent and several characteristic associated with Italian people." however, we can't say for sure that Mario/Wario/Luigi are Italian because no official source confirm inhit (The Super Show! doesn't count since it feature too many difference from the games to allow it to be in the same continuity.) --Blitzwing 15:21, 27 March 2008 (EDT)

Calm down calm down, calm down. If you can provide a link that show that Nintendo do call Mario Italian, I will re-add back the info. About the link Sifi gave you, it only show an interview with Charle Martinet (Mario's voice actor), and I don't think a mere voice actor is a big source. --Blitzwing 17:26, 27 March 2008 (EDT)
Following up on what Blitz said, just because the voice actor is Italian doesn't mean the character is. Just because Wario has an italian accent doesn't mean he has Italian blood. I can imitate an Italian accent pretty well, but that doesn't mean I'm Italian. Also, Wikipedia is not a reliable source, and should never be used to gain information(at least for this wiki) Garlic Man
- Oh, and if you're really sure that those four are Italian, try proposing it at Mariowiki:Proposals. Doubt it would pass though, but it's worth a try. Garlic Man

Listen, man. I don't see any info Mario is from Italy. He's from Brookyln. Some people from Brooklyn have Italy traits, so Mario has to too. So does Luigi. The reason how they got to the Mushroom Kingdom is unknown, but reasons say its a pipe. I don't believe your theory. Its not right. People have already revolted. Sifi, 3D, PaperStriker, Uniju, Blitzwing, Snack, & me. Its gotta end. I've already gotten torn to peaces because of something of two users. So I don't want things happening.

I don't think most gamers/editors do not even care about him being Italian or not. Your user page is highly in danger of provoking flaming, please water it down. There's nothing about it to get so annoyed about such a subject. It's just a disagreement. And you should be able to handle disagreements on a wiki where many people work at one article. After all, you claim that everyone who disagrees with you should be outright banned. That's not how a community works, and it's not going to happen. You have your point, fine, no reason to get mad. That Garlic Man fellow and 1 other or so keep undoing around half of my edits, even when they are good edits, simply for the sake of doing so, perhaps cause they dislike me. plz correct them for doing this and ask them to consult with sysops b4 undoing perfectly good edits for no reason whatsoever.

Rudnicki, you are perfectly allowed to have theorys. JUST DON'T FLAME ANYONE WHO DISAGREES. Also, keep in mind the general age group of the forums- About 11-20, with a few exeptions. Everything must be kept suitable for people at the 11 end of the spectrum... Oh, and avoid general stupidity. Even in the nonsense forum, don't make a "Rudnicki seranades Samus" to go with the "Rudnicki seranades Ashely", 'mkay? Don't act like you are TEH BEST EVAR, be a bit more modest, and then you can avoid future blocks/bans. The shroom is at MarioWiki:The 'Shroom, and is the wikis newspaper. Hi. I've been visiting a lot of User pages lately and I must say that you must really feel strong about your theories. However, one of your reasons for saying Mario must be Italian is a bit off. His name. That's right the name "Mario" isn't only Italian but also a Spanish name (I know. It's my nickname in Spanish class (hey my other friend's name is Nacho(which is also just another Spanish name there but a food here in America.))and my teacher in from Puerto Rico so he knows what he means.)).
Oh and another thing, (I'm telling you this to prevent you from me thinking I copied you or yelling at me) but If you look at my user page, I also call myself the Mario Master (this is the first time ever that I have visited you pages so I wrote that before I knew you). I hope we can be friends and friendly "Rivals".

Glad to finally meet you. Just glad you weren't mad about my Mario master claim. Any ways, I certainly don't think Mario is Spanish but SMBHQ.com (A beautiful Mario fan site) has another way of making sense of the Mario time line. Check it out if you (or anyone else who reads you talk page) would like to because I agree with it. [1]. But read the story, not the time line.

Nah. We won't treat you as a god. You are no closer to being a god than a piece of dust is. No offense. You are quite arrogant with your opinions, really. Mario might be Italian, he might not be. Seeing as he was born in the Mushroom Kingdom, not Earth, but how he ended up on Earth is beyond anyone, so there is no real truth to it. Nintendo likes confusing people. Still, you are freakin' hilarious. This Wiki would NOT die if you left, but it would lose a LOT of its humour. We need someone as funny as you. Without you, we won't have lots of hilarious comments. That said, you're probably gonna be blocked for flaming Ghost Jam (and the whole Wiki, for that matter...) and cursing heavily. Sorry... Pokémon DP

Well this is it everyone. Despite my countless hours of generous contributions to the Wiki(From Richard Yearwood, the DK voice actor, to Baby Kong to almost all of the Donkey Kong Country episodes to many, many bits of trivia for all Mario games, information with my unending Mario knowledge I added to the articles, information that was missing from many of the games, some of my favorite Mario games that I added in, typo fixes, the hot chick that voices Rosalina(Rosalian's hot too I so would bone them both), to providing the stories straight hand typed from the instruction manual for many, many games like Paper Mario and the ultra-rare Super Mario Land story from the rare manual I own. I done it all and much much much, much more for this wiki. Despite all this, I will without a doubt be blocked for spouting what I feel(although it is not needed as I will not come back here anyway). - You can still access the wiki while blocked: It only gives you a message saying "Blablabla U got block'd blablabla" if you try to edit, I don't know if the "New Messages" thing still function when blocked, but I guess it probably do. --Blitzwing 20:29, 27 May 2008 (EDT)
