Just wondering, how do you do your speech bubbles?~TheYoungBooKid ...I wanna try use speech bubbles for SMWA

Okay,

1. Type your text. I use Arial,size 8.
2. Make a box around it.
3. Select it,but make sure you are only picking up the box,nothing else. (except the text. =P)
4. Make sure you have the option set so the white space doesn't go away.
5. Put the box where you want it.
6. Make a little triangle point at the character talking.
7. Make the triangle white.

Ok heres where you go to do light effects.

GIMP (Duh. Lol) > Open Image > Filters > Light Effects > Choose which one you want but I used FlareFX.
