This is my dedicated page on the Super Mario Wiki in terms of what I am doing to show my enthusiasm for the gals in Nintendo's Mario game series. They have been represented very well since the Gamecube Mario series' installments, so I (and others who are "Mario series' gals" fans) expect nothing less. More details are below.

Supporting the Mario Series' Gals Full Force!

Here's the scenario: my enthusiasm for the Mario series' gals is extremely high - meaning that although I may like the Mario series' characters overall, it's double that or more in terms of the Mario series' gal participants! You see, for most of my login sessions to Super Mario Wiki (and related cases in general here), I'll be focusing on sharing knowledge and making sure facts are straight about the majority of our beautiful, awesome, and energetic number one girls of the Mario series. First priority is making sure that this is the case for the "main gals":

Princess Peach (First lead gal!)	Princess Daisy (Second lead gal!)	Rosalina (The newest gal on the block since Super Mario Galaxy. And very beautiful too!)	Toadette (The cutest mushroom gal on the block!)
Birdo (Yes, THE Birdo; not the "species")	Baby Peach (The super adorable baby counterpart of Princess Peach)	Baby Daisy (How can anybody not love Princess Daisy's loveable and energetic baby counterpart?)

And the next priorty is checking out and modifying info (when necessary) for these selected "secondary gals":

• NOTE ABOUT MERELDA: Although she's actually from the Wario Land: Shake It! game, she still counts for the "secondary target" list since the Wario Land series were actually branched off the Super Mario Land installments for the original Game Boy/Color and Game Boy Advance.

Note that the characters mentioned above are my personal favorites, so my focus in editing articles or creating new ones in relation to these Mario series' females will be more on that. And of course, as mentioned earlier - top priority is still given toward the "main five gals" (baby counterparts of Princess Peach/Princess Daisy don't count since it's part of the main five gal targets here).

Why Keep Tabs On And Support the Gals?

Okay, now I know all of you visitors are saying, "M. C., you must be crazy or something! Why are you dedicating your support on this Wiki to sharing knowledge and making sure details are true about these gals in the Mario series?" I'm not surprised, but glad you asked.

Reason number 1: It's a definite fact that if it weren't the main five gals (Peach, Daisy, Toadette, Birdo, and Rosalina) participating, we wouldn't even have a "Mario Game Series" to begin with, period!

Reason number 2: In spinoff installments, they show no mercy in making sure they look and play their best - and for me, it's an honor to represent them in any way I can. As stated earlier, they are #1, hands down, without a doubt! The "gal involvement" and our representation opportunity reached its prime during the Gamecube Mario spinoff games, and the bar has already been raised in the Wii Mario spinoff games -- so as mentioned on the beginning of this page, I and other "Mario Gals" supporters expect nothing less in this regard.

And speaking of which, I (as well as others) were ecstatic that our two lead gals -- Peach and Daisy -- were represented extremely well for Mario Super Sluggers, as well as Toadette, Birdo, and the baby counterparts (Baby Peach and Baby Daisy).

Mario Series' Installments In Which My Fandom For The Gals Got "Nailed"

On this section, I have prepared a table featuring the same list of Mario series' gals that I'm currently supporting full force here on the Super Mario Wiki, but have also included which installments have nailed my fandom for them. Additionally, I've included a "status" for each one of them denoting if the character in question is a "Primary Gal" or a "Secondary Gal".

"Primary Gal" means that they are a participant in the main Mario series' installments. "Secondary Gal" means that (1) they've been exclusive to a specific family of the main Mario series' installments (whether adventure or spinoff), or they were part of another series that branched off from the Mario series (e.g. Merelda is part of Wario Land: Shake It!, as stated earlier).

The Gals in Mario Super Sluggers

As stated on my main userpage, I've been keeping tabs on Mario Super Sluggers editing info and starting new articles when necessary. However, the primary focus is still that the Mario series' gals get their side of the treatment here on the Super Mario Wiki. Here's what was done so far:

EDITED:

• Peach Monarchs (To add in info about Princess Peach's Team in Mario Super Sluggers).
• Information sections for Peach, Daisy, Toadette, and Birdo in regards to their stats and online card bios for the game.

Sadly, the Mario Wiki sysops have stated that we aren't able to "create" articles of secondary teams including the Birdo Bows and Daisy Flowers (possibly because of not enough information to warrant starting an article about them). I got the news about that the other day.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (Supporting the Gal Participants)

As stated on my main page, I am now keeping tabs on the latest Nintendo/Sega collaboration, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. However, in regards to the gal participants in this game -- the ante's been upped. And yes, it's not just supporting Peach/Daisy (from Team Mario) in this case -- but Amy/Blaze (from Team Sonic) as well, since I'm a fan of the Sega and Sonic Team's Sonic the Hedgehog series. Looks like these four will be represented extremely well in this game; they're hoping we can help them out full force as well in the events to come.

I have managed to get the Wii version of this game recently, so I have already answered the call to represent them for the entire game and haven't regretted doing so. As stated on my main userpage, I'm currently gathering funds to see about purchasing the DS version a few weeks later. I've got my fingers crossed that this will be done!

Fangame Projects (The Gals Need More Lead Role Treatment!)

As a member of the Mario Fan Games Galaxy community, I'm currently dealing with doing fangame projects in regards to giving these Mario series' females lead role opportunities (just like how Peach got hers in the Super Princess Peach game). Once I get adequate amount of coverage, I'll see if I can create another userspace from this page so that I can share with you all what I'm working on, as well as link to the site where the fangame projects will be hosted on (after I submit them to Mario Fan Games Galaxy, of course).

The Bottom Line

Once again, as I addressed on my main userpage and earlier on this page, my enthusiasm for the Mario series in general is obviously high (why wouldn't I be editing certain articles in the first place?)... but for the gal characters in this series, it's double that! Keep tabs on this page if I have any big news in regards to any activity that I've done here in regards to editing and/or starting articles featuring them here on the Super Mario Wiki.
