Talk:Toadiko

I don't recall anyone from the present returning to the past in the new time machine at the end of the game. I thought only people from the past were on the time machine when it went back in time. That means E. Gadd couln't have made a round trip from the present to the past. -- Son of Suns

That's depressing. I've only beaten the game once, though, so I'll trust you. I have to tell you, I really loved Toadiko. Meh... these are family friendly games. Maybe she lived somehow. Maybe she'll show up really old in the next Mario & Luigi? -Stumpers

Exactly, Son of Suns. Toadiko and Toadbert never appear in the present again. Little Mouser.PNGPaper Jorge (Talk·Contribs)

Toadbert is in Mario and Luigi 3 so he somehow comes back to the present.--Fawfulfury65 09:03, 30 May 2009 (EDT)fawfulfury65

But why didn't Toadiko? Mabye she was very ill from having her Vim sucked out and was unable to continue her duties as attendant. A Super ShroomSupershroom Artwork of a ? Block from New Super Mario Bros.+ 20 HP! Yeah!

Toadiko in the Dutch Version of BIS?[edit]

http://mariowiki.net/wiki/Toadiko In the Dutch Mario Wiki, on several articles, it says that Toadiko was in the Dutch version of BIS. She was in the clinic with Dr. Toadley and the intern (and surprisingly, the intern had a name). Should this be in the Trivia section, or did people think the website was Fanfiction and added their speculation there? Madz the Penguin (talk) 12:44, 12 December 2014 (EST)

Ehhhh I wouldn't call that site fanfiction but I would prefer a more substantial source BabyLuigiFire.png Ray Trace(T|C) 14:43, 12 December 2014 (EST)
Do you think you can find better evidence, like a Let's Play or something in Dutch? Madz the Penguin (talk) 18:51, 12 December 2014 (EST)
The wiki appears to be in German and not Dutch (at least according to Google Translate), and here's a complete German Let's Play of the game. I'd look through it myself, but I'm busy with a bunch of other articles. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Look at the homepage and scroll down. It says Dutch and Italian. I used the Dutch one. You can tell because one of the names of one of the articles is "Starlow", which is a name exclusive to the English and Dutch versions of the game. Madz the Penguin (talk) 00:20, 13 December 2014 (EST)

...It doesn't say "Dutch", it says "Deutsch". Deutsch is German for German. Nederlands or Hollands would be the accurate term for a Dutch person describing themselves/their language. In any case, my point still stands: you have a Let's Play with the information you're looking for, and I'm too busy to go through it. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Image[edit]

Why was the old image of Toadiko for this article removed? The image was basically just a close-up singular of Toadiko and it just included her. It looked more representative than having the main-image with two other characters alongside her.
