Frankenstein or Einstein?

In the "Names in other languages" section,

Pun on "Goomba" and "Frankenstein"

Could it instead be a pun on Goomba and Einstein? It seems more likely to me, he's not much of a mad scientist. 91.121.118.193 19:06, 2 June 2013 (EDT)

The French/Italian name (Professeur Goomstein and Professor Goombastein, respectively) don't actually have a "Frank" in their names, so Einstein seems more likely to me than Frankenstein. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
