"The ESRB is also a highly controversial organization, due to the fact that they cause developers to make unnecessary changes when developing games or even translating them to english. Such famous translations are the Sonic Gems Collection fiasco and Kingdom Hearts 2 not taking advantage of its E 10+. To this day, ESRB doesn't seem to care about these changes as they view all gamers as casual gamers and not hardcore gamers."

Hhmmm... Is the part about the translation really needed? The examples don't really relate to Mario and I did a search, and I found nothing about the "Sonic Gems Collection fiasco". Rmv?
