Come to think about it, they're very similar to Pokeballs. Should We mention that?--

We don't have an article on every Pokemon, yet we're getting an article for every Assist Trophy character... I guess the Assist Trophy template is plausible. -- Booster

If all the Assist Trophy articles are merged here, maybe we could make some sort of table, having they're names, effects, an image and, if possible, rarerity; something similar to this Bowser#Alter-egos, but more expansive. -- Sir Grodus

Both Samurai Goro and Dr. Wright have trophies in Melee. Should we post their info somewhere here? Dodo

Dodo: Then again every Pokemon in Melee has a Trophy too, but we didn't list them. Maybe we should stick every Trophy description on the Trophy page.

- Well, Mr. I-don't-sign, that is my opinion. They're characters like Redead and Like Likes. I don't see why not have aritlces for them. Paper Jorge, the one who gives paper cuts.
I think they should be seperate, they each do a unique effect.

Let's wait and see how many Assist Trophies are actually used. There will most likely be more Assist Trophies than Pokemon, but let's leave them all on one page for now. Oh, come on. I don't want to unmerge later. And I was going to give each Pokemon its own article.
OK, here is my opinion. Do not make seperate articles. It won't work, cos' most of the info will not be from the Marioverse. I also completely agree with Knife.

Assist Trophy are characters, or at least "special moves", and affect the gameplay, so in my opinion, that characters needs an separate article... for example, all Final Smash moves are in one article and separate... i think this is the right way... I think that both the Assist Trophies and Pokemon are worthy of seperate articles. This isn't Wikipedia, which has a super strict "importance policy". Sure, we have an importance policy of our own, but if you read it go down to the "Penalties" section, you'll find, in bold text: Also, there are no article limits for any area of focus. - Booster.

- Next time you copy a template, make sure you know how it works. The default width was 220px, but the max image width is 179px, so you have to define {{{width}}} → 179 to get the right-sized image. Wa

This image is a joke image submitted to the Dojo!!, but, it still shows a clearer view of Shadow's Assist Attack, moreso than our current image on this article. Should we upload it, or should we leave it because its a joke image? Pokémon DP
