Shy Guy News is a news channel in the Mario series that is only briefly seen in Mario vs. Donkey Kong. It appears in the intro of the game, where Donkey Kong is watching television; as he does this, he briefly views Shy Guy News. Shy Guy News has Shy Guys as its reporters and is the only known news channel in the Mario series; as the Shy Guy seen in the show only spews humorous-sounding nonsense, nothing is actually known about the newscast Donkey Kong was watching.
