Settle it in Court is a 1 player mini-game in Mario Party 8.
[edit] Introduction
The player will be in a basketball court, among a Shy Guy and many Goombas. The Shy Guy will throw the player a basketball, and he/she shoots it.
[edit] Gameplay
The Shy Guy will be throwing balls from the side, and there will be a meter at the top of the screen, with a basketball going from right to left across it, one at a time. when the ball icon reaches the yellow marker at the center, the player must swing the Wii Remote forward, to make the shot. Occasionally, a Goomba icon will slide across. When it reaches the marker, the player must press the A button and swing, and the Goomba will give the player an assist. The speed the icon goes across varies. The game ends when the timer runs out.

The player will do the victory dance, as well as the Shy Guy and the Goombas, which will be jumping.
