Rompin', Stompin' Chomps is a level in the game, Yoshis Island DS; it is located in World 5. In this level, Yoshi has to avoid several Stompin' Chomps, which occasionally fall from the skies. The Chomps can be found bouncing on the ground as well. This level also features Incoming Chomps, as well as a Chomp Sharks.

The first part of the level is auto-scrolling and there are many Stompin' Chomps blocking the way. Near the end of the section, Yoshi has to go through a soft dirt zone that the Stompin' Chomps can break. Then, the player has to use Baby Peach to cross several pits that are made when an Incoming Chomp breaks the ground. In the last part, Yoshi has to avoid being eaten by a Chomp Shark of fall into a bottomless pit.
