Robo Suit

The Robo Suit was a large, automated, full-body suit that was built by Dr. Nerdnick for King Koopa. The powerful suit contained numerous features and gadgets, and made King Koopa nearly invincible. On the chest of the suit was a door and eight buttons, four on each side.

The Robo Suit was only ever seen in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Robo Koopa". In the episode, King Koopa wore the Robo Suit and dubbed himself Robo Koopa. Using the suit's artillery functions, Robo Koopa attacked Robo Land with it, and came close to defeating Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad, who had arrived to stop him. Bunsen showed up and reprogrammed the suit by pressing a sequence of buttons, which sent it walking backwards out of control, although it bombed a building in the process.
Robo Koopa managed to regain control of the suit at some point, and soon found Mario's group rescuing Dr. Nerdnick from his workshop, where Robo Koopa had kept him prisoner. Robo Koopa used the suit to create force fields around Princess Toadstool and Toad, and proceeded to chase Mario, Luigi, Dr. Nerdnick and Bunsen throughout Robo Land. He attempted to crush them with a transformer, but Robo Koopa ultimately electrocuted himself.
Later, a Robo Troopa alerted Robo Koopa about how Mario and Luigi had come to challenge him in their own robot, the Plumbinator, and he accepted. Robo Koopa attempted to attack them with Bomb Plants, a giant fist and a lasso, but none of his attacks worked. He eventually succeeded by kicking the Plumbinator off of a rooftop, which destroyed it. With the Plumbinator destroyed, Robo Koopa succeeded in chasing down and capturing Dr. Nerdnick. However, Dr. Nerdnick tricked Robo Koopa into pressing the ejector seat button, which sent the Koopa King flying into the sky.
With King Koopa gone from Robo Land, Dr. Nerdnick realized that the Robo Suit would only result in more danger if someone else were to use it. As such, he decided to convert it into a Robo Pizza Oven, as a present for Mario and Luigi. Despite Mario and Luigi's appreciation, the Robo Pizza Oven was never seen again.

[edit] Bullet Bill Launcher
Hidden in the arm of the suit was a retractable cannon which could fire Bullet Bills.

The Robo Suit was shown to be able to shatter an entire building to pieces with little more than a single punch.

Binoculars came out of the helmet portion of the suit and positioned themselves over Robo Koopa's eyes.

The horns of the helmet could extend outwards like antennas, assumedly increasing Robo Koopa's hearing.

Large cannons conceiled within the feet of the Robo Suit. They were capable of firing Bomb Plants.
[edit] Force Field Beam
By pressing a certain button, the suit could fire a beam of energy out of its index finger, which conceiled its targets within force fields.

A large fist could extend out of the suit's chest and serve as a battering ram.
[edit] Lasso
By pressing a certain button, a robotic arm twirling a rope could extend out of the chest and lasso its target.

A jetpack could extend out of the back of the suit, giving Robo Koopa the ability to fly.
[edit] Ejector Seat
By pushing a certain button, the suit would blast Robo Koopa out of the suit and into the sky. It was likely included for emergency use only.

After Robo Koopa was defeated, Dr. Nerdnick converted the chest cavity of the Robo Suit into a pizza oven, although the limbs were kept intact.
