Kutlass (character)

Kutlass was a shipmate of Kaptain Skurvy and recurring character on the Donkey Kong Country animated series.
Despite Kutlass being Kaptain Skurvy's minion, he did not appear as much as his captain on the show. In the episodes Kutlass did appear in, he was usually scheming and making plans to steal the Crystal Coconut with Skurvy and his shipmate Green Kroc. Kutlass is thought by some to be Skurvy's counterpart to King K. Rool's bodyguard, Krusha.

- Despite sharing his name with a species of Kremling from the games Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2 Kutlass did not resemble this type of Kremling at all. Instead, Kutlass resembled King K. Rool, but with a lighter scale tone.
- Kutlass speaks with a distinctive Italian accent.
