Hootenanny

Hootenanny is a Wiggler in Mario Party 2. She appears in Western Land and, when a character lands on a ? Space, an event called Hootenanny (identical to her name) happens.
Her name comes from the word "hootenanny", meaning a gathering organized for the purpose of listening to folk music (and dancing to it, in certain instances).
