An Almighty Goomba is a deity that appears only in Mario Party 8. Although the Almighty Goomba has never actually been seen, its voice is heard when you reach its special treasure chest on a sacred island. The sacred island can be accessed by having a character land on a shiny, golden "Lucky Space" in Goomba's Booty Boardwalk. If a character reaches the Almighty Goomba's special treasure chest, it will give the character a Star and send them back to Start.

Even though the Almighty Goomba has never been seen, it is probably a sacred Goomba that lives in a fictional Heaven. This is believed because of the large, grey Goomba statues and shrines that exist on the island.

It is possible that the Almighty Goomba is just one of many Almighty Goombas, making them a possible species.
