Footstool Jump

The Footstool Jump is a Jump move in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The character jumps on their opponent, and with perfect timing, jumps again, using their opponent as a trampoline. This can be used to make Meteor Smashes and give damage as well. The Footstool Jump might be based on a move Luigi used in Super Smash Bros. Melee. During a cutscene in Adventure Mode, Luigi performed the "Footstool Jump" on Mario in order to replace him. It cannot be used during Melee's actual gameplay, however.

Near the begining of the Subspace Emissary of Brawl, when Pit and Mario were chasing the Ancient Minister. Mario tried jumping on the Subspace Bomb but failed. Pit tried this too but Footstool Jumped on Mario to try and reach the bomb. But this however failed as well and they both landed on the ground, Pit safely, but Mario almost crashing.
