Fish

The Fish is a monstrous sea creature that originates from the game Balloon Fight.
Its first Mario appearance was in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. Here, it appeared in Balloon Trip, a parody of Balloon Fight. It played the same role that it did in the original game - leap out of the water to attempt to eat the Balloon Fighter.
Later, it appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In this game, it appears on Summit, which is actually an Ice Climber stage, not a Balloon Fight one. When the tip of the iceberg falls to the ocean, the Fish sometimes jumps out and attempts to eat the fighters. If the Fish successfully eats someone, it swims to the bottom of the ocean, KO'ing the victim.

- The Fish's appearance on the Summit is the second connection between Ice Climber and Balloon Fight within the Super Smash Bros. series - in Super Smash Bros. Melee, the Balloon Fight theme would sometimes play on Icicle Mountain.
