Bowser's Ghost Cologne is a brand of cologne that was used in Hotel Mario, in which Mario sprays himself with it in Ludwig's Thump Castle Hotel to keep the doors from vanishing. Bowser's name is on the product, implying Bowser's forces manufacture this cologne. Like many items introduced in Hotel Mario, it has not been seen since.
